The second special of The Road Home takes inspiration from the balik ekmek grills of Istanbul. Sweet, firm gurnard from the South West coast is wrapped in a young vine leaf and chargrilled over fire on souvlaki skewers from Athens. It arrives dressed with toum, ladolemono, salata mashwiya, finished with a dusting of Urfa chilli.
